Sales Rep Application Process: Step 1

Joining our team starts with a two-step application process.

Upload Your Resume

Resume must include:

  • All contact information (including mailing address)
  • Employment (current and three positions prior)
  • Sales experience
  • Three professional references (phone and email; no family).

Introduce Yourself

Video must include:

  • Why you want to be an ORS sales rep
  • What you bring to the table
  • Any additional information helpful for hiring consideration

Limit to 2 minutes or less.

If you are approved for Step 2, you'll be asked to submit two short videos (each under 3 minutes). Additional information and submission requirements will be emailed post Step 1 approval.
